How do I order?  

Schools will share information about ordering with families in advance of picture/retake day, 

You have two options to order: 

Preorder: save on your order by preordering on or before picture day (preorder packages are processed, printed, and packaged in bulk); shipping varies by school 

  1. Photographers will select the best image for pre-order package and yearbook if applicable. 

  2. If you did not receive a direct ordering link from your school, Click Here and enter your school's name for the keyword.

View & Order: families can view and order portraits two weeks after photo day. There is an additional charge for view & order portraits as these orders are individually processed, printed, and packaged 

  1. Student picture galleries are password protected. Enter your student’s school ID number for online code, Click Here to access. 

  2. With this option, customers can view the image before placing an order. 

  3. All view and order portraits are shipped to the home. 

When will I receive my order? 

  1. Check the "Ship to" information on your emailed receipt, it will indicate whether your order will be shipped to the school or your home. 

  2. Bulk shipments to the school are typically delivered within three weeks of the picture day. 

  3. Ship to home orders are delivered in 10-14 business days after the order is placed (print orders) or sent via email (digital image orders). 

How do I get a retake?  

  1. Families of elementary and middle school students will need to let their student’s teacher know they would like their student pulled from class for a retake. Our photographers do not track from a list or pull students from class.  

  2. High school students can only attend retake day if they haven’t been photographed or have purchased photos and are unhappy with the image. ID cards on retake day are only provided to new students. Photographers do not print retake or replacement ID cards. 

  3. Retakes are for students who are certain that they are unhappy with their picture day portrait. The retake image overrides the original portrait for the yearbook and the school database.  

  4. Photo packages must be returned to the photographer on retake day to receive a complimentary replacement. 

  5. If your package was not returned to the photographer on retake day, there is an additional charge to process your retake order. Returned packages by mail will not be accepted. Contact us for assistance. 

Replacement ID Cards 

Students can order replacement ID cards online in students picture gallery two weeks after retake day. 

Replacement & Refund Policy 

  1. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged or is missing within 30 days of the delivery date. 

  2. Refunds can only be issued for students who miss both picture and retake day. 

What do I do if I ordered incorrectly? 

  1. If you made an error on a preorder, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund your order so you can replace the order correctly. 

  2. View & Order photos are automatically sent to the lab immediately after the order is placed. If you made an error on a view & order (i.e., shipping information, cropping, etc.), contact us and we can replace your order for $15. 

Studio Retakes 

To schedule an appointment at our Seattle Studio, use this link and select the retake option for $20. 

Yearbook: If you need an image for the yearbook, you will need to purchase a digital image to send to your school's yearbook coordinator directly.
